My wife has longed to visit Italy for ages. We turned to Travelive to assist us with this unforgettable journey. It exceeded all our expectations and was truly fantastic. This was our first venture into Europe, and it was smooth sailing, all thanks to Travelive. Each tour guide and driver was punctual, professional, and super friendly. In June 2019, my husband and I chose Travelive for our honeymoon in Greece. After a year of searching online for a travel agency to assist with our plans, we settled on Travelive. Right from the first email for a quote, I was struck by how quickly they got back to me. We teamed up with Faye, who was fantastic at tailoring our itinerary. We selected the dates and accommodations, and Faye handled the rest! Any question I had was answered almost instantly! I was a bit anxious about coordinating with a travel agent in Greece while being in the US, but as time passed and my inquiries were met with prompt replies, I started to feel more relaxed. A month before our departure, we received all the final documents, and Faye and Stella managed everything seamlessly! They crafted an incredible itinerary that had us buzzing with excitement! When we arrived in Greece, Stella even texted me to check if we needed any help, making it super easy to reach out. Whenever we had questions, she was right there with answers! I was genuinely amazed at how much Faye and Stella were dedicated to ensuring we had the best experience possible, and we truly did—it was a dream come true. Our honeymoon in Greece was an unforgettable adventure, and it wouldn’t have been the same without their support! We are eternally thankful for the memories they helped us create! My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon in Greece, all organized by Travelive. It was an unforgettable experience, and we owe it all to them! Every little detail was taken care of. We had private rides to and from every airport, ferry terminal, and hotel. Each place we checked into greeted us with welcome drinks, and the quality of the accommodations was top-notch! They were super quick to respond to our emails and kept in touch throughout our trip. In fact, when we landed in Greece, a Travelive staff member reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. If we ever head back to Greece or visit any of the other destinations they cover, we’ll definitely be using their services again!

Honestly, they are just amazing! Back in September, we took our honeymoon, and wow, let me tell you, it was the best trip ever. Everything was organized to perfection, although we did miss one of our ferries *note (a local misinformed us about which ferry to take). We ended up having to pay out of pocket for another ferry and a room, which was a bummer, but once we arrived in stunning Mykonos, all those problems faded away! We’re looking to book the same trip again, but we really hope to catch our ferry next time. All our drivers were fantastic and such great folks. Our hotel, especially the de.light hotel, was just our absolute favorite—so perfect, OMG! It was truly a trip of a lifetime, and I’d head back there in a heartbeat if we could. Everything was wonderful, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone. Plus, being able to make payments made everything so much easier!

This agency is a total scam! I attempted to arrange my holiday with an agent, but each time I called, they quoted me a different price. They were rude and definitely not trustworthy. One claimed to be from the US, while another said they worked out of Greece when I wanted to speak to the owner. I kept hearing different excuses. Don't put your trust in them. I feel fortunate that I never handed over my cash. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! USE A RELIABLE SITE YOU CAN TRUST!

We just returned on March 30, 2016, and Travelive really went the extra mile to help me recover my lost luggage. A delay on our initial flight from Denver made us miss our connecting flight to Cairo in Frankfurt. Instead of arriving in Cairo around dinner, we ended up getting there at about 2:00am. We reached out to Travelive while in Frankfurt to inform them of our situation. They made sure our hotel transfer was adjusted to pick us up at the airport upon our arrival. When one of the three bags went missing, they assisted in getting my luggage back...though I only received it when I got back to Denver. The Cairo airport staff only operate during specific hours on certain days, which didn’t align with our travel schedule. Travelive navigated through all the bureaucracy to locate and return my luggage. Throughout the trip, we had representatives meet us at every airport and guide us to our destinations. Before our journey, they collaborated with us to create an itinerary that suited our desires in both Egypt and Jordan. They also found suitable accommodations for three people since our daughter joined us on this adventure. I would absolutely recommend Travelive for planning a trip again, as it was fantastic to have someone assist us when things didn’t go as expected.

We were really happy with our journey. We visited Barcelona, Madrid, Seville, and wrapped it up in Lisbon, Portugal. The transport was super dependable, the hotels were in great spots, and the tours were awesome too. Nico, our travel agent, was incredibly helpful and always made sure everything was going smoothly. Once we got to our destinations, we had a contact person there for any issues or questions we might have had. I strongly suggest this company if you want to make your travel plans easy and enjoyable; it was a breeze and tailored to our preferences. After we got back, we received follow-up emails asking for our thoughts on the experience—truly excellent customer service. You can't go wrong with this company!

We really appreciate the effort put into organizing our trip. It was truly fabulous and a honeymoon to remember for years to come. Sorrento was our favorite spot, and the hotel you arranged for us was simply stunning. There were a few hiccups during our time in Rome, though. My wife and I didn’t catch that we were supposed to take the last stop in Rome as it wasn’t clearly stated on the voucher. We ended up at the first stop, and our driver wasn’t there. We had to shell out extra for the driver to come pick us up, which was a bit frustrating, but it got sorted out. Maybe it would be helpful for the company to include a note in the itinerary about taking the last stop in Rome to avoid any mix-ups for future travelers.

All in all, it was an incredible experience and absolutely worth it. We’ll be reaching out to this company again for our next European adventure!

We arrived in Madrid from the US and quickly hopped on the AVE train to Sevilla. Initially, we were a bit worried about the long journey, but the train ride turned out to be super fast, easy, and comfy. We spent six nights in Sevilla and honestly, we could’ve easily stayed longer. The city has a ton to offer in terms of sights, history, charm, friendly locals, and delicious food. It’s perfect for walking around. We also took day trips to Ronda and Cordoba by car, which were a breeze. After that, we spent three nights in Granada, which shares the same Moorish vibe as Sevilla with its narrow, winding streets and the Alhambra, though it didn’t quite have the same allure. If you find yourself in Granada, definitely try an E-bike tour. Those battery-powered bikes are essential for tackling the hilly areas. We covered 20 miles without breaking a sweat in just a few hours, circling the city. Mid-May was an ideal time to visit, as it wasn’t too hot. We don’t speak Spanish, but we managed just fine. We had English-speaking guides with us for most of the days. I had previously traveled in northern Spain, and if this is your first or possibly only trip to Spain, I highly suggest Andalusia. All in all, we had an amazing time and would love to go back.

This company is one to steer clear of unless you fancy losing your hard-earned cash. The troubles in Greece might be a factor, but they’ve completely messed up what was meant to be a memorable time for my girlfriend and me. Our 8-year-old daughter has been buzzing with excitement for 7 months about her European trip. They’ve taken $3167.00 and are dodging our calls, plus they’ve canceled our accommodations in Greece. We’re supposed to be leaving Monday for the journey, and the owner won’t pick up the phone or refund us. Other managers have expressed their apologies but claim they can’t talk about it. These folks are a total disgrace. I’ve been trying to reach them all day, and the hold time is over an hour, with no change in sight. She just won’t get on the line. I’m looking into hiring a lawyer for advice, but seriously, don’t get tangled up with these people. They’re desperate and lack any sense of ethics or morals, and they have no qualms about ruining a family’s special getaway.

Update - July 23rd - Wrapping up our vacation in Mykonos, and we’ve had to pay for all our hotels ourselves! The owner still hasn’t called us back and is holding onto our $3167.00. With my degree in Hotel and Tourism Management and having traveled extensively, I can confidently say this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered.

My husband and I organized our honeymoon in Spain with Travelive, and honestly, it was the best choice we could've made. Nico and his crew put in so much effort and time to ensure we had the most fantastic experience possible. From booking our accommodations to arranging transport to and from every airport and train station, plus our super knowledgeable tour guides, Travelive made our dream honeymoon a reality! Each hotel we arrived at even recognized it was our honeymoon and had champagne ready for us when we got there. Can it get any better? We enjoyed an unforgettable 10 days in Madrid, Barcelona, and Ibiza, making memories that will stick with us forever. We’re definitely going to choose Travelive for our future trips to Europe. They truly are the best!

Renata Ferreira da Silva was a huge help in organizing our anniversary getaway. My husband and I just want to say it was absolutely fantastic. Everything was spot on. The private transfers were right on time; the accommodations were beyond what we imagined, and the guided tours were amazing. We were really happy with the whole schedule, and it all went off without a hitch. Spending two days in each city was just the right amount for us. We flew into Milan, then made our way to Venice, Florence, Rome, and wrapped it up in Positano—what a cherry on top! I absolutely adored Positano, and we even took a boat trip to Capri for the whole day. That last hotel with dinner included was such a treat. The spot right at the base of the mountain by the water was just perfect. I've told everyone who asked about our trip to check out Travelive. I even shared it on my Facebook!

This journey was truly amazing. We were super happy with all the services provided. I reckon the best parts were the walking tour in Barcelona and the Hospes hotel in Madrid. Our guide for the Barcelona tour was fantastic, and you were spot on about the Hospes in Madrid. The staff there were incredibly welcoming, going out of their way to ensure we had everything we wanted, plus they offered great tips on where to eat, drink, and have a good time. The hotel's location was just right too.
